While the vast majority of the changes in this mod can be benefited from just by playing on your playline with the mod, a few changes will only take place when you start a new playline with the mod already installed (such as changes to events that happen at a specific point in the story, e.g at the beginning of the game). According to the modder, this Easy Mode is balanced to give the player overall easier gameplay without either being too easy (like playing with cheats) or shutting some of the game features completely off.
Modder ‘Jindra1403’ has released an unofficial Easy Mode for Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
